Working with a framing pack supplier, DC Structures will deliver all roof and exterior wall lumber pre-cut and numbered to speed up the framing process. The Upriver Expansion at Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Now successfully operating as WorldSprings at Iron Mountain. The completed project provided adult-only access to 11 experience pools, cold plunge, and freshwater pool. These additional amenities improve user experience and reduce congestion. The completion of the subdivision expansion provided all utilities and infrastructure necessary to support 12 new residential units in Glenwood Springs. Infrastructure includes sewer mainline extension, water and sewer services, gas & electric services, sediment control measures, drainage and detention structures.

This designed and built residence has been fully sold. The project offers beautiful golf course fairway views with Mount Sopris in the background. The project, located in Aspen Glen, provides access to luxurious golf course community amenities while being centrally located near Carbondale, CO.
This pre-engineered project provided an economical building package including all vertical construction items. The result is a commercial warehouse or storage facility with clear span opening of 50’ x 120’ or partition units of 20’ x 50’, insulated and heated with all under slab utilities complete and ready for tenant build out.
Project consisted of adding an additional bathroom to an existing finished basement. Only minimal impacts to the residence during construction, the project added overall value to the home.
