Raised in Glenwood Springs, Tate Fairbanks spent his time enjoying everything the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. In 2018 he moved back after 12 years on the front range expanding his professional career working for large-scale structural engineering firms such as Amec Foster Wheeler, Wilson & Company as well as the Department of Transportation. In 2018 he started Tate Civil to help manage and operate excavation and general contracting operations for projects ranging in small to mid-size as well as performing earthwork and civil services throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.

Tate Civil continues to grow due to the solid foundation of lasting relationships with subcontractors, clients and vendors.
