Geothermal Piping at Iron Mountain Hot Springs

We were able to lay 200ft of HDPE pipe across the parking lot at IMHS during a 2 day closure. We phased the work between the upper and lower parking lots to allow access for other contractors working on the pools and facilities during the closure. The work included saw cutting asphalt, excavating the trench, laying (2) 4" and (1) 6" HDPE pipe, spray foam insulating around the lines, backfilling, patching asphalt and repairing the landscape all in 2 LONG days. Got it done with no impact to customers and returned the site to original conditions.

Subcontractors used: Holmes Excavation (pipe welding), Roaring Fork Spray Foam, Lions Paving and Cuc Construction (trucking).
